Isn't it amazing how things are allowed for one group of people and not the rest? And more so why? Could it be that Canberra is a younger territory than the rest? Or is it the fact the high and mighty live here, and wouldnt want there own caught with illegal items?

Honestly you cant allow some Australians (and business's) to own or sell legally and others (such as AlBury/Wodonga's club x store be charged because they want( should) have the same right.

Further so i believe violent movies are more frightening and make people twisted than people having sex

That's a very good question, and it would be interesting to see if society has been dragged into moral ruin and overrun by sex crimes in the NT and ACT because of the different laws, compared with the rest of Australia. I wonder if women in the NT and ACT feel more objectified than women in other states of Australia? I seriously doubt it...

I have a feeling porn is legal in N.T and Canberra because they are territories and not classified as states under current Australian law. Unfortunatley our current government body still has a mind set against sexual liberation and expression, which is reflected in their legislation.
