I'm sorry, after studying the OFL Act (albeit several years ago now) I fail to see how the Saw trilogy should get anything other than "Refused Classification". It should be illegal to sell, possess or display for public viewing. Makes me wonder if the OFLC just panders to the big distributors and Hollywood rather than current Australian opinion.
