20.11.06 - Push to permit real sex in R films

An article published in the Sydney Morning Herald today, "Push to permit real sex in R films", highlights the debate that is raging on classification of X18+ films in Australia.

Legal Affairs reporter, Tim ***, canvassed both sides of the debate including the NSW Council for Civil Liberites who believed the appeal by AdultShop.com, raised a critical issue that would serioulsy affect the ability of adults to see what they wanted. Whilst the Australia Family Association said the challenge was a "full blown attack" on the principles of the classification system.
